How hiring works here

1 · ApplySend the application — it walks you through one question at a time and takes a few minutes. The sales schedule is shown in full inside it, and you'll acknowledge it there. We never ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, or bank information on an application — anyone who does is not us.

3 · InterviewQualified applicants interview with the hiring manager at the store. A person makes every hiring decision here — the research prepares the conversation, it never replaces it.

4 · Onboarding + trainingNew hires start with a structured first week, and sales hires enroll in our own Sales Academy — a full paid training course (Beginner through Advanced) built and taught in-house. You earn while you learn the job the right way.

Fort Wayne & Goshen · Full-time on the Big City Cars sales schedule (Mon/Fri/Sat 9–8; other workdays 9–6 or 11–8, assigned; one weekday off Tue/Wed/Thu; Sundays always off) · No experience required — Academy-trained.
